TILE ROOFS

Prepare roof by removing all loose and flaking paint.  Replace up to 50 broken tiles and repair ridging and chipped tiles with Acrylic Patching material. Seal roof with Acrylic Sealer and apply two coats Pure Roof Acrylic.

TIN ROOF WATERPROOFING

Remove all existing waterproofing and loose and flaking paint.  Replace loose fluted screws with new roof screws.  Waterproof with membrane and Acrylproof on all roof screws and longitudinal joints.  Pop Rivet loose sheets. Apply a rust inhibiting primer to roof surface. Apply two coats pure roof acrylic.
